Our warranty policy and terms
Warranty period and coverage
Thank you for choosing a Beta product. Subject to the terms and conditions below, we warrant as the manufacturer that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless a different period is stated.
Unless applicable law states otherwise, our obligations under this warranty are limited to supplying a replacement or repairing the defective product, at our option. Disassembly, reinstallation and labour costs, as well as glass and replaceable bulbs, are not covered by the warranty.
What the warranty does not cover
Remedies under this warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty period. For an alleged defect to be assessed under the warranty, it must not result from exposure to corrosive environments (coasts, industrial and farm environments), wear and tear, lightning, negligence, accident, abuse, improper use, damage caused by animals, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disaster, transport, or repairs and modifications made outside our instructions.
How to make a warranty claim
To make a claim under this warranty, report the invoice proving your purchase and the defective product to us (or our representative) for analysis. Your statutory rights under applicable law are not affected by the manufacturer's voluntary warranty.
Contact us to obtain service within the warranty period. Beta Lighting reserves the right to change designs and technical specifications.
